SMaSH Galaxy starts with our glacier-fed water from the Juneau Icefield and our exclusive ale yeast that is a hallmark of the Alaskan style. From there, the ingredient list is short: Australian Galaxy hops and Premium Northwest Pilsner Malt.
Alaskan White Ale is based on a Belgian-style witbier, literally translated to “white beer.” White beers, or “witbieren,” are named for the suspended wheat proteins creating a cloudy appearance in this unfiltered beer.
Smells of citrus: tangerine, grapefruit, orange. Similar in taste. The hoppy bitterness is in the aftertaste, which allows a nice light, refreshing start balanced by the later pungency.
Twister Creek IPA is an American style IPA, specifically a Pacific Northwest style IPA, meaning we use a lot of hops to produce it. If you’re a numbers person, you’ll like to let your customers know we use 1.75 pounds per barrel of hops, the majority of this being dry-hops.
